The bedrooms are situated as such: downstairs has a master suite with a King Bed and a Japanese soak tub; a second bedroom downstairs has 2 Twin Beds. Upstairs has 2 more bedrooms both with Queen Beds. A second living room is located upstairs. This area is open to downstairs, very dramatic.
